<International Circulation>:  What is the latest progress in transcatheter aortic valve implantation?
    Dr Ruiz: Probably the most advanced trial in the field is due to start in Europe and also extending into the US. It is called the SURTAVI trial and basically will compare the CoreValve with surgical aortic replacement. Also the second new generation valve trial is just commencing called the PARTNER II trial which will also enroll patients who are at a much lower risk. I think it is a positive step in the right direction.
